“I’ve been involved in a number of leadership initiatives throughout my professional experiences and most of them are theoretical in nature. This class was different in the fact that it was directly applicable to each one of us, no matter where we are in our development. Each time I left the class I not only was empowered by the speakers, but I had actions to put in effect in my school. I hate missing school and missing my kids, but I can honestly say I was able to bring back a better leader to my school each month. I am looking forward to sending my budding leaders to each year’s class.”
